For FLIPIT students who've finished a term and are still sourcing.

Six months of learning gets you to the point where you can see a deal properly. It doesn't always get you a deal within six months. That gap - between finishing the learning and finding the property - is where most people either drift out, or start making decisions on their own that were never meant to be made alone.

The Bridge keeps you in the room for that part. Weekly Circle Hour, direct access to me, for exactly the phase where the highest-stakes decisions in the whole process get made - which deal, whether the numbers actually hold, whether the buyer profile stacks up before you commit to anything.

Available only to students who've completed a paid term with us. Not offered at enrolment - this exists for exactly one phase, and it's not meant to be a place to stay indefinitely.
