Valeria Romano
I am a Strategic Renovation Coach and investor who flips properties full time while building a BTLs portfolio. I am also a member of Dorset Business Angels (DBA) a private network of sophisticated investors who fund startups in a pitch-style format. Every session, I am in the room when funding decisions get made. And I hold a specific role there: I am their Adviser for Women in Business -the person who invites, supports, and advises women on how to get funded by DBA and networks like it.
That gives me something genuinely rare in the property education world. I see both sides of the table at the same time. I know what it looks like to pitch. And I know what investors are actually thinking when they receive one.
